Grief

The orbital between a bleeding heart & watery eyes
is like the affair between day & night.
The former is the aftermath of the later.

There are moments that bring you to your knees
Like, when your heart is broken by someone you love /
disappointed by the happenstance of life.

Your faith is wrecked
Your hope is shattered

You lose your head, literally
And the thoughts question how they got there
There, is your mind.
There you are between this dilemma
With eyes like a nightmare.

There are moments that moments that bring you to your knees
Like when your body besiege you like the aftermath of a whitlow

On days like this you feel yourself stretched between two extremes – joy / sorrow
You plead the earth to split & consume you
Or take it gently, gently.

Apparition

We have been dying from something mysterious since we got here.
The hunger to get filled and satisfied tear us apart bit by bit.
Every ounce of innocence plunge by the wiles of life.

Of this adventure we paint our mind with apparition of what is to come,
And we forget to look down and enjoy what we already have.

Like fallen angels
We have fallen into this normal
Cradle to grave
Cradle to grave
I hope one day we can take off this mask of mundanity and live real.

How to Live Without Your Body

In the archive of history
A man wrote his dreams on a scroll,
sealed it up and posted it to the future.
Years later this man is erased from the scroll of life, But
his dreams got hold of his breath and turned it into an elixir and came to life.

On days when I’m alone I see every branch of him stretched into me.
Though dead, yet every part of him sprout to life again.

We lynch ideas in our minds.
Our bodies have become graveyards of aborted dreams.
Within our soul is a silent grief
that warbles us to a dirge.

Daily I uncouple my mind
to keep census of ideas that come to play with me.
I breed them,
And immortalize them in the heart of life,
That I may reappear again in another’s breath.

This is how man lives without his body
