1. Nigerian LNG Prize For Nigerian Writers On Children’s Literature
This year’s Nigerian LNG Limited prize category will be in Drama with the winner receiving the richest prize of US$100,000
ELIGIBILITY:
1.Writers must not be published until January 2015.
2. Only one entry per author.
3. No book previously submitted should be re-submitted.
There’s also a new category on literary criticism to promote Nigerian literature all over the world. Apply by sending in three critical essays published in major scholarly journals with a track record of dedication to excellence and an international circulation.

2. Cricket Magazine: Great Cities of the World: Lagos, Nigeria
The upcoming project of Cricket Magazine, an award-winning children’s magazine for ages 9-14, is themed ‘Great Cities of the World: Lagos, Nigeria’. This edition focuses on in-depth non-fiction highlighting various featured cultures.

3. Alpine Fellowship Writing Prize 2019
The organizers of the 2019 Alpina Fellowship Annual Symposium are currently accepting submissions on the theme: Identity, such as of a nation, family or club on any genre.
Only one entry per writer is permitted, this include visual arts and theatre works.
AWARDS:
1.An invitation to attend the Fjällnäs Symposium in Sweden.
2. A cash award of £10,000, £3,000 and £2,000 for first, second and third place respectively.
